*Thermal Imaging (or Infrared Thermography) is used in all my home inspections, it helps to find hidden problems. For example.. when I walked into this den everything looked fine, also it looked fine to you and most home inspectors! But when I scanned the area with my thermal scanner I found a water leak! (blue area) Further inspection revealed the leak was caused by an improper installation of the decks ledger board.
Without thermal imaging this leak could have gone undetected until a lot more damage was done!
Your home is probably going to be the biggest investment you ever make. Choosing a good home inspector is very important. But although intentions may be good, no inspector can promise to find every problem in a home. Many inspectors got in this business after working as Electricians, Plumbers, Roofers, Flooring Installers or HVAC contractors etc.. this is fine and there are great ones out there! My experience was a little different, when I was a kid I was always taking things apart. As a young teen my biggest accomplishment was repairing my moms vacuum cleaner. I joined the US NAVY when I was 21 and went to engineering school, there I started my training in HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing. When I got out I started working with my ex-father in-law, he was a home builder and I learned a great deal from working by his side. I have been repairing rental properties ever since and continuing my education along the way. My experience has taught me things like;
I think my overall experience in all the fields is an invaluable tool and I know you will too! Call or Text me with any question you have, and lets get to know each other! I WANT TO HELP YOU!! Call Inspector Ron 678-663-6404
TESTING AS LOW AS $145.00 WITH RESULTS SAME DAY AFTER THE 48 HOUR TEST PERIOD!
When you find your home you usually don't have much time before closing, therefore we offer Continuous Radon Monitoring. Our high tech equipment is the latest on the market. Test is done by sampling the indoor air through a passive diffusion chamber, using alpha spectrometry to precisely calculate the radon level. Radon is detected using silicon photodiodes to both count and measure the energy of alpha particles resulting from the decay chain of radon gas. This is much more reliable, accurate and faster than the popular charcoal test method. Also, there is no mailing it to the lab and waiting on results! Prices for testing are based on distance I have to drive to deliver and recover the equipment. If I do your home inspection I will include the radon testing for an additional $145.00, provided you are within 20 miles of Auburn Georgia.
U.S. SURGEON GENERAL HEALTH ADVISORY“ Indoor radon is the second-leading cause of lung cancer in the United States and breathing it over prolonged periods can present a significant health risk to families all over the country. It’s important to know that this threat is completely preventable. Radon can be detected with a simple test and fixed through well-established venting techniques.” January 2005

"Are you selling your home? Let an InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector® inspect it before you even list it. A Move-In Certified® home has been pre-inspected, which means that the seller can confirm that there are no major systems in need of immediate repair or replacement, and no known safety hazards. A Move-In Certified® Seller Inspection informs you of any defects or problems with your home so that you can address them before prospective buyers discover them. You can then take the time you need to obtain reasonable repair estimates. Show prospective buyers that you are dealing in good faith. Avoid 11th-hour negotiations and delays, and justify your full asking price by having your home pre-inspected now.
The inspection reports are hosted on www.FetchReport.com. Ask the listing agent or seller for access to view."
